Special Forces Videos

A brief word about viewing videos across the Internet.

If you have problems viewing videos--let them run through completely to the end and then try clicking on the PLAY button. Usually, you'll have better performance once they have completely loaded. Ninety percent of these videos have very cool sound tracks and/or narration that goes with them. So crank up those speakers!!!

Time to get your knees in the breeze!!! See what it's like to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Read an outstanding first-hand account by Sargeant Major (Ret) Eric L. Haney on what it is really like to participate in an Airborne Operation. This excerpt is from his fantastic book "Inside Delta Force" available on the Internet or at your favorite bookstore.

Check out this great video of Paratroops in action. Works best with a high-speed connection and a good set of speakers. So, crank it up!!!

Here's another video of some Green Berets making a chopper blast from a UH-60. It's kind of hard to see, but you have to click on the "View" button to see the video.

Here is a great video of some guys from the US Air Force 820th Security Forces Group doing some ramp jumps from a C-130.

HALO, HALO, I love HALO. Another Air Force video but cool anyway.

Not to be outdone by a bunch of low-life Air Force guys, here's some SF guys doin' some ramp jumps, Hollywood style.

This is a sweet video from the US Army Alpha Battery, 1st Battalion, 321st Field Artillery Regiment (Airborne), dropping people and cargo.

Speaking of dropping cargo, here's a cool video of the 82nd dropping stuff during a demonstration at Ft. Bragg.

OH, YEAH !!! This is a really great video of some 82nd Troops making a drop from a C-17. Goes from loading up to loading out. I've seen this one about a dozen times, and I'm always impressed by the cavernous innards of this beautiful airplane. HOO-AHHH!!!

Here's a another first person view of a drop from a C-130. SCHHAAAWEEEET!!!

Once again, another first person perspective of a C-130 blast. Notice the difference between a Hercules and the C-17 Globemaster. It's like a jumping out of a VW bus. Those guys are packed in there like a can of mixed nuts!!!

This one is a very good view from the ground. A "Leg's" eye view.

Here's one that is sort of a mixed bag, We've got some Navy/Marine SpecOps static line and HALO drops. Also, looks like some French or German static line drops.

I absolutely love this one, a group of Airborne re-enactors make a D-Day style drop. The guy in the door gets pounded so hard, it hurt me!!!

OK, this one is fantastic--How NOT to perform a Military Static Line Jump. You will not believe some of these exits and you won't want to miss this one!!!

This is an interesting view of what happens in the aircraft, after everybody gets out.

Here's one where a soldier expresses his dissatisfaction with a printer in a very interesting way.

This one is an absolutely amazing demonstration of the power of the M-134 mini gun. Turn up the speakers because this one has a great soundtrack as well.

In the same vein, this video is a tribute to the versitile and beautiful MH-6 "Little Bird" helicopter. You have to click on the "View" button to watch.

Here we have a amazing video of some troops practicing their CQB training.

Here is one that is not a military theme, but really spectacular none-the-less.
